Houses for Sale

I’ve been thinking about buying a house lately since the housing slump has caused prices to drop.  But it seems that in some places like, California, Florida, and Nevada, still has room for a price decrease.  This is probably because these places saw the biggest housing boom is previous years and now they are falling just as fast.  And with the new $8000 refund for buying first time homebuyers, buying a house now seems like a very good time.
